The aim of Real Estate Tycoon is to earn enough to buy the $1 million mansion that's up for sale. You start with $150k, and work to work your way up the real estate ladder until you have enough for the big house.
Prices go up and down. Click on a house to buy, when the price is right click again to sell. Time your purchases right to make the maximum profit.
Houses are in different price ranges. You'll need to start with the cheaper ones, then move on the more expensive places as you earn more. Remember, the aim of the game is to buy that mansion in the quickest time possible.
