Select play from the main menu.
Select which track to race. You must complete the earlier tracks to unlock the later ones.
Select your bike and colour, then press "Go Race".
The bikes all have different attributes like acceleration, top speed and handling.
The controls for the bike are:
Up -> Accelerate
Down -> Brake/ Reverse
Left -> Turn Left
Right -> Turn Right

If you complete three laps you will have the chance to enter your name into the high scores.

Formula One Racing

Formula Racing looks, sounds and feels like many other good Formula One racing games except this one is free!

The controls are easy to pick up. Use the arrow keys to steer, accelerate and brake. The Space Bar will change view and "P" will pause.
Keep a look out for the various bonuses that lay about the track such as turbos and damage repair - that's right you can take damage so be careful as the action is thick and fast!
There are two game modes to choose from, single race and tournament.

Road Rash

Road Rash is a motorcycle-based video game developed by Electronic Arts for the Megadrive/Genesis in 1991, with later versions available for a variety other platforms.

Presented in a third-person view similar to Hang-On, the player competes in interstate road races, and must finish in the top places on every race to proceed to the next level, where the opponents ride faster and harder and the tracks are longer and more dangerous. Players have the ability to punch, kick, and use a variety weapons to unseat their opponents mid-race. Finishing each race gives a certain amount of money which increases considerably in each level. A player can be arrested (if caught stopped or on foot near to a police bike) or have to repair the bike if it suffers more damage than what it can take.
The game is over if the player can't pay for the repairs when their motorcycle is wrecked, or can't pay the fine for being arrested.

Step into speed racers shoes as you drive his amazing mach 5 in a race based on an original episode. Use the spectacular features of the mach 5 to challenge and defeat the competition.

Controls:
Arrow Keys -> Steering & Acceleration
A or Space -> Auto Jacks
B or 2 -> Grip Tyres
C or 3 -> Cutter Blades
D or 4 -> Deflector
E or 5 -> Illumination
F or 6 -> Frogger Mode
G or 7 -> Homing Robot
Esc -> Return to Main

Bonuses include repair, points, oxygen and homing robot. Use them wisely. Try to knock your opponents off the road without getting spinning out yourself, and keep an eye on your damage meter.

Rally Championship

Rally Championship is a popular, good looking and nice feeling racing game available for free online. In the game you compete in 3 gruelling courses: Sweden, Germany & Mexico. Race well and you will become the World Champion!

The controls are nice and simple so you can pick up the game easily. Drive with the arrow keys, use the spacebar as the handbrake. The 'C' button will change camera angles.

Like all good rally games each course is divided into a number of stages, plus you can race in different cars. Keep a look out for powerups on the track.

Power Boat Racing

This fantastic Power Boat Racing game from miniclip has all the ingredients of a great racing game. There are various modes of play - race, slalom or dodge mode. In the main race mode, you take on two other boats to try and be the first to the finish. On the way there are power ups to collect such as speed boosts and cash. Just as important to winning is the art of taking corners!

Crazy Karts

Crazy Karts is made in the tradition of Mario Kart. You can collect items to use against your opponents, plus avoid the perils on the track such as oil slicks and bombs. It's also similarly fun to play. You can go in a quick race or compete in a cup. Plus of course there are varying levels of difficulty.
