MOTAS

The Mystery Of Time And Space (commonly known as MOTAS) is a popular online graphic adventure game created by Jan Albartus (LOGAN). The game was produced using Adobe Flash and was an early influential example of the escape the room genre.

In MOTAS, the adventurer has to solve puzzles and riddles to unlock the doors to the mystery of time and space.

The player clicks on objects in the rooms to find items. For example, in the first room, the player is given a key under the pillow. The key is then used to open the cupboard, not the door. The cupboard yields a screwdriver, which can be used to unscrew the painting. The player must often find creative uses for the items found.

Escape the Room

Escape the room is a genre of online adventure game, usually created for Adobe Flash and utilizing a point and click style of play. The object of the game is to find a way to escape from a mysterious room. The room usually consists of a locked door, several objects to manipulate as well as hidden clues or secret compartments. The player must use the objects to interact with other items in the room to reveal a way to escape. The term "escape the room" and popularity of the genre is often attributed to MOTAS (2001), though this style of gameplay has been present in adventure games which predate it, such as the 1994 DOS computer game, Noctropolis.

Mountain Bike

Mountain biking is all about pushing through rugged terrain.
Now you can do it all from the safety of your chair at home, except with a few stunts thrown in of course!

The controls are nice and simple. Use the up and down arrow to accelerate and brake, while the left and right arrows will tilt the bike.

It will take a little practice to get use to the stunts and tilting, but it's a lot of fun and definitely worth a try.

Urban Dead

Urban dead is a MMORPG set in the city of Malton after a zombie outbreak. You can choose to play as either a person (military, science, civilian), or a zombie.
The game is html/text based, so no downloading. You receive action points, which regenerate at the rate of 1 every half hour (max 50). Therefore you can play for about 5 mins a day, and then reload it the next day for some more zombie/human killing fun.

Game play usually revolves around survivors making raids on zombies then harbouring in safe houses, while zombies scour the streets looking for survivors or band together to attack a safe house. Humans and zombies can fight one another (in-fighting).

Each side in Urban Dead has its own advantages and disadvantages. Humans move faster and can use various weapons and tools. Human can also communicate with each other in-game via various means such as speech, radio broadcasting, and text messaging. They can also barricade building entrances. Zombies on the other hand can only fight with claws, teeth, or blunt weapons. The major advantage of being a zombie is you can revive when killed (for a few action points) making you immortal. Higher level zombies do have the ability to communicate in-game with groaning noises, hand gestures and basic zombie speech.

You can switch sides in Urban Dead. A Human will become a zombie if killed. Zombies can also be re-animated as living humans by a survivor who has the necessary skill and item. Remember, humans who turn into zombies don't have to switch sides!

For more fun you could create two accounts, one zombie and one human!

X Men Trio

In X-Men Trio you can play as all your favourite X-Men characters such as Wolverine or Magneto.

To attack, when the ready signal appears type the first 3 letters on the character name you wish to attack.
To switch between characters, when the ready signal appears hit 1,2 or 3.

Different timings result in different attacks, go to the TRAIN section where you can learn them.
X-Men are stronger or weaker depending on the villain they are fighting, find precious hints in the BIOS section.
An attack receives bonification if you use is rarely.
Remember to use all your attacks and act quickly!

Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis

Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis is a graphical adventure game, originally released in 1992 and published by LucasArts.

Fate of Atlantis featured three different paths to choose for completion of the central part of the game. At this point, during a dialogue sequence, the player can choose between: The Wits Path (Indy has to use his brains to solve problems), the Fists Path (lighter puzzles, lots of fist fights and action movie-like solutions to problems), and the Team Path (features Sophia Hapgood as a reluctant sidekick and part of many puzzles). Each path includes some new objects and locations, different characters and dialogue lines, and alternate ways to progress through the adventure to reach Atlantis. The player who finished all of the puzzles in all three paths and all of the alternative solutions, which requires multiple playthroughs) received the 1000 full IQ (Indy Quotient) score

Putting at Amen Corner

Putting at Amen Corner is a slick golf game with nice graphics and smooth control interface. The game is all about putting but that doesn't mean it's not in depth. You have a lot of control over speed and direction. It will take you a few tries before you get the hang of it but keep working!
